Refund policy

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please allow us to rectify the problem. In the event that you are still not satisfied you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.  

To start the return process please email info@harperhandcrafted.com so that we may provide you with a RA (Return Authorization) Number. Once this has been obtained please place your return securely in its original packaging and make you return to the address provided to you. 

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

Please allow seven (7) days after receipt of your return to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
